STRONGER.

An 8-week Strength Training Program by MVT.

This structured strength training program is based around 4 main lifts – deadlift, back squat, shoulder press and bench press - and aims to increase both your strength and your confidence when lifting heavier weights.

The 8-week program will see you complete testing in the first week followed by 6 weeks of percentage based training plus accessories, before testing again in the final week.

The techniques you will learn, along with the progress you make, will complement your regular Group Training classes, making it an ideal add-on for those members wanting to incorporate more strength training alongside their HIIT.

THE DETAILS

COMMENCING: Wednesday, 26th October.

WHEN:
Women Only Class – Mondays + Wednesdays 11.15am

Mixed Class – Mondays + Thursdays 6.30pm

COST:

MVT Members: $25 per week ($200)

Non-Members: $35 per week ($280)

Paid upfront and in-full.

Spots are limited to 12 people per 45 minute class.
