GROUP TRAINING.

 

Our Group Training classes challenge, inspire and deliver results in a fast paced, high-energy environment.

Expert programming combines a broad range of functional training techniques that focus on building lean muscle and strength while also improving cardiovascular fitness, mobility and tone.

These high intensity classes are designed to make the most out of every 45 minute session and are suitable for all fitness levels, with exercises able to be adapted to cater for those with injuries or other limitations.

No one session will ever be the same, meaning clients stay motivated and experiencing greater results.

  • Classes run for 45 minutes

  • Classes run 6 days per week (refer to our timetable)

  • $45 p/w for unlimited classes (no lock in contract*)

SMALL GROUP CLASSES.

 

Our Small Group Classes have been designed to cater for those who prefer a slightly slower pace to their training, but still enjoy the social aspect of group fitness, while under the guidance of an experienced Trainer.

If you have ongoing injuries, are new to exercise, or are finding movement difficult as you get older, these 30 minute classes will enable you to build strength, mobility and overall fitness in a safe and supportive environment.

Smaller class sizes of up to 12 people ensure you are using correct technique and that all exercises suit your personal physical capabilities.

Class participants will commit to attending 2 x classes per week, ensuring accountability to a regular exercise regime - with life-changing results!

  • $30 per week for 2 x classes

PERSONAL TRAINING.

 

Our Personal Training option is reserved for those who are looking for a dedicated training program that has been designed exclusively for them and their specific goals and requirements.

Our private PT packages include the option of a full body assessment by a physio, allowing us to work together to implement a training program that supports your individual physical condition using specialized corrective exercise techniques.

PT sessions allow for a more flexible training schedule and will appeal to those who need to work their training around other commitments.
